Janelle Bruland, CBSE

President and CEO

Janelle Bruland purchased Management Services Northwest in 1995. At that time it was a small janitorial company with 10 employees, and has now grown into a Regional Facility Management Company providing a one call source for all facility services from janitorial to complete facility management. Ms. Bruland is President and Chief Executive Officer and her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company's business, with particular focus on strategic planning and business development. Ms. Bruland serves on the board of Building Services Contractor's Association International (BSCAI), the largest international facilities services trade organization, serves on the Editorial Committee for Services Magazine, and is author and speaker on various business industry topics. She is also an active member of Vistage International, the largest CEO Business Organization. Ms. Bruland attended Western Washington University and holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. In 2005, Ms. Bruland obtained her status as a Certified Building Services Executive, a prestigious symbol of excellence in the building services industry.

Terell Weg

Business Development

Terell Weg has been with the company since it started in 1995. In 2008 she assumed the position of Business Development. Ms. Weg works closely with the CEO on development strategies and is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing. Ms. Weg holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Sociology.

Wayne Galloway

Regional Operations Manager

Wayne Galloway has been with Management Services Northwest (MSNW) since 2008, and joined the team with over 15 years of customer service management experience along with 5 years of military experience in United States Navy Submarine Force. Mr. Galloway is MSNW's Regional Operations Manager and oversees the administration and management of MSNW's janitorial and special services departments in Washington, Oregon and Idaho to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Since joining MSNW, Mr. Galloway attained his IICRC designation and is currently working towards earning his CBSE from Building Service Contractors Association. Mr. Galloway is highly active in the community by donating time and energy to The Ferndale Chamber of Commerce as President and Past President for the last 5 years and serving on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Ferndale.

Meghan DeCosta

Meghan DeCosta

HR Generalist

Ms. DeCosta joined the team in 2011 and is responsible for the daily management of the Human Resources Department as well as staffing, benefits, and compensation. Ms. DeCosta has worked in all areas of Human Resources, for the past 9 years, as a contractor/ consultant for a variety of organizations. Ms. DeCosta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia, a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University, and is PHR certified. Ms. DeCosta is an active member on the Mt. Baker SHRM Board and the British Columbia Human Resources Management Association Advisory Board.
